We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Manager - Accounts.

Job Summary: The Manager - Accounts will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all accounting principles and regulations. This role involves managing the accounting team, preparing financial reports, and implementing effective financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and report variances.
• Develop and implement internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial information.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Liaise with auditors and manage audit processes.
• Monitor and analyse accounting data to produce financial reports and statements.
• Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment activities.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support to management.
• Train, mentor, and supervise the accounting team.
• MIS Reporting
• Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual Balance sheet and PL Preparations
• Working with Customs, IT, Auditors, External Rating Agencies, Banks and ROC etc

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Manager - Accounts or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
