Must need to improve remote quality, because very poor quality and there is NO warranty for remote so need to provide.
It’s a good fan and once it stops working due to voltage fluctuations or something,they have a good service.if they can’t come ,you can send it to them and they will repair and send it back.
I received superfan in good condition and works good as expected very low wind noise compared to other BLDC fans, eco friendly packing, good customer care team for assistance, bit price but worth investing on superfan brand for reliable product.
I using the fan for last one year,fan is ok but remote is not ok, remote control button is very hard to press after one month, every 2 month we can't buy remote for 380 rs remote quality is not ok
