The following hiccups may be resolved to give customer a better experience:
1. After-sales service. Am in Mumbai and your site says doorstep service is available at my pin code 400069. Also you have confirmed on WhatsApp that though you do not have a service center in Mumbai you do have local technicians who will provide door-step service. However in spite of two messages, you have not shared these details.
2. Canopy seems flimsy and looses shape.
3. Remote is not quite efficient.
4. Kindly let me know life of pcb when fan is used in normal conditions. I will be using the fan for about 12hrs each day.
5. When product is registered, request a confirmatory email.

Don't buy this BLDC type fans, because the PCB of the fan or the remote being electronic products is guaranteed to fail some time after 5 to 6 years when repairing it will be as costly as a conventional fan.

Package is not so good. I'm expecting more about the brand. But I received damaged product. Try to improve the package of motor. After replacement I hope you getting perfect coimbatore product signature will come back.
